Building a Live Events Subscription Marketplace with Ed Vincent at festivalPass

The business runs on a credit system with three tiers, all under $100 a month. Users can buy tickets to festivals without the high ticket fees that are standard in the industry. They can also use credits for hotel nights. They have recently launched a lifetime membership, which they are going to sell in lots of 1,000 and cap it at 10,000 total.
